AN INVITATION TO VORTEX TUBE MANUFACTURERS

By "Einstein Kelly" aka George William Kelly

I am a non-scientist amateur observer of scientific ideas who thinks he has found what Albert Einstein sought unsuccessfully--a "grand unified theory of the universe."  Please read previous posts on my blog--

In recent years scientists have sounded alarms about global warming, and much attention has been paid to finding alternative sources of energy other than fossil fuels such as coal and gas.  I propose that application of my Bivortex Theory could result in the development of an energy generator or machine that operates without appreciable use of fossil fuel.

I myself have no proprietary claim to, nor the wherewithal to develop, a  bivortex generator.  Consequently, I hereby invite an existing industry--the vortex tube industry--to develop a workable bivortex tube generator.  Specifically, I invite the eight vortex tube companies that are listed below.  I shall  e-mail this invitation to them and to certain newspapers.

The vortex tube was invented by a French physicist, Georges J. Ranque, in 1933.  In 1947 the tube's design was improved by a German physicist, Rudolf Hilsch.  The tube is known as the Ranque-Hilsch vortex tube.  Compressed air is fed through an angled nozzle into the tube.  The tube splits the air into two spiral streams, one inside the other, travelling in opposite directions.  One stream becomes heated and exits at one end.  The other stream is cooled and exits at the opposite end.

With the proposed bivortex tube, two compressed air streams would be fed spirally into the tube, one at each end.  The air streams would collide or interact at the center of the tube, producing heat, then exit radially from the centerpoint.  This radiating heat would be captured and put to work.  The resulting chilled air would be directed hemispherically back to the two tube ends for recycling.  The overall effect would be that of a spherical body with particles entering polar vortexes, colliding at the center, exiting at the equator, and recycling. This system might be used in vehicles, aircraft, and windmills.
